Refund requests are accepted only if the service or project has not yet been initiated. Once any form of development, configuration, or service execution has started, refunds will not be applicable. For recurring or subscription-based services, cancellation must be requested before the upcoming billing cycle.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 working days using the original payment method. All refund requests must be submitted formally with accurate transaction and service details.
Refunds will not be provided for completed services, partially delivered work, or cases where resources and time have already been allocated. Any exceptional consideration for partial refunds will be solely at the discretion of the company.
